个人简历及工作业绩介绍
孙翠慧，硕导，中共党员。现为园艺科学与工程学院观赏园艺专业副教授。
2009年7月毕业于山东农业大学园艺科学与工程学院；
2009年9月至2012年6月在中国农业大学农学与生物技术学院攻读观赏园艺硕士学位；
2012年7月至2014年8月在中国农业大学担任观赏园艺专业科研助理；
2018年6月获得山东农业大学观赏园艺专业博士学位，毕业后留校任职；
2019年7月至2020年8月在美国康奈尔大学植物科学院进行访学交流；
2021年4月至2024年1月在中国农业大学园艺学流动站完成博士后研究工作。
近年来，以第一作者或者通讯作者在Journal of Integrative Plant Biology、Horticulture Research、Plant Science、BMC plant biology等期刊发表专业学术论著20余篇。主持国家重点研发子课题、国家青年基金各1项，山东省青年基金2项、山东省技术创新引导计划（鲁渝科技协作）1项，泰安市农业科技特派员科技项目1项。
教育教学工作
主要讲授本科生《观赏园艺学A1》、《观赏园艺学A2》、《观赏植物种苗学》等课程，参讲《园艺植物生物技术》、《观赏园艺产业实践与训练》等研究生课程。主持山东省本科高等教学改革项目（面上项目）1项，山东农业大学本科生教改项目（重点项目）1项。
主要从事菊花花期和花色调控的机制探究以及茶用菊种质资源筛选与品种选育。
