孟宪文，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。中国生物信息学学会（筹）多组学与整合生物学专业委员会委员。2013年获哈尔滨医科大学生物信息学学士学位，2018年获浙江大学生物信息学博士学位。2018年7月至今，在山东农业大学任教。共发表SCI论文20余篇，其中以第一作者身份在Bioinformatics、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Nucleic Acids Research等生物信息学领域国际知名期刊发表学术论文6篇，副主编科学出版社“十四五”普通高等教育本科规划教材《生物信息学》（第四版）。主持国家自然科学基金委青年项目1项、国家重点研发子课题项目3项。

研究方向：

1. 以番茄为模式，利用多组学技术和实验手段研究植物对灰霉病等常见病害抗性反应的分子机理。

2. 番茄比较基因组学与生物信息学。
