
一、个人简介
王小非,男,园艺科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师。入选国家高层次人才计划青年拔尖人才、国家现代农业产业技术体系岗位科学家、山东省杰出青年基金获得者,兼任中国园艺学会苹果分会副理事长。主持国家自然科学基金、国家现代农业产业技术体系建设专项、国家重点研发子课题、山东省杰出青年基金等项目10余项;以第一和通讯作者发表论文90余篇,其中SCI论文70余篇,h指数43;8篇论文入选ESI高被引论文,入选2024年度科睿唯安(Clarivate)全球高被引学者;授权国家发明专利10余项,主编和参编著作4部;制定标准4项,审定植物新品种保护权3个;Hortic Res、J Integr Arg等5份国际学术期刊编委或编辑、教育部和国家自然科学基金委通讯评审专家、Development Cell、Plant Cell等期刊审稿人;获山东省科技进步奖、中国科技产业化奖、齐鲁农业科技奖等各类奖励6项。
二、教育教学工作
承担本科与研究生《园艺产品商品学》、《苹果全产业链概论》、《园艺植物分子生物学实验》等课程教学工作;主编《全图解果树整形修剪与栽培管理大全(第二版)》、《烟台苹果高质量发展问答精编》,参编《The Apple Genome》、《苹果学(第二版)》等著作。
